Experienced Solicitors in any discipline (5 years PQE +)

Office hours:          

9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday

 

We are looking to recruit experienced solicitors 5 years + PQE to join Garden House solicitors at our offices in Hertford. This position offers a perfect work-life balance and the candidate can choose their working hours subject to a minimum of working from the office between 9.00 am to 5:30 pm on 3 days each week. We are offering a set basic salary of £30,000 per annum and a bonus of one-third of all fees billed and paid over £90,000.00 (that being a billing target of 3 x salary). Bonus is paid quarterly after target is reached.

 

The ideal candidate will either have an existing client following or the confidence and ability to attract new clients to the firm.

 

Requirements 

​

• Current Practising Certificate without restrictions.

 

• Experience of using a Case Management System.
